How to add optional modules after the 90-day cut-off

Process to add optional modules to an early recertification

Instructions:

A new class must first be created by the trainer.

  • The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket.  They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link:  Certification Service Desk

  • Provide the student’s name, email address, and the class ID of the new class created.  State the reason for the early recertification.

  • We will clear all old scores from the previous exam(s) and notify the trainer.

  • The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
