How to add optional modules after the 90-day cut-off
Process to add optional modules to an early recertification
Instructions:
A new class must first be created by the trainer.

The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket. They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link: Certification Service Desk

Provide the student’s name, email address, and the class ID of the new class created. State the reason for the early recertification.

We will clear all old scores from the previous exam(s) and notify the trainer.

The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
