How can I complete the Personal Profile?

I keep getting a "time-out" error

It can sometimes take a few tries to update the profile.

If after a few tries, there is no 'Thank you' page, try again, and just before clicking ‘Submit,’ take a screenshot of the form.

If the time-out reappears, create a helpdesk ticket and include the screenshot showing the address and birth date.
