How can I add optional modules to a certification?
Recertification outside of the 6-month recertification window as stated in the P&P
Please follow the steps below to add optional modules after the 90-day cut-off or for recertifying outside of the 6-month recertification window for any other reason.
Instructions
A new class must first be created by the trainer and students enrolled.

The CIT enters a Help Desk ticket. They can either go to the Help drop-down in the Edge portal or use the following link: https://ipcinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

Provide the student’s name, email address, and the class ID of the new class created. State the reason for the early recertification.

We will clear old scores from the previous exam(s) and notify the trainer.

The new exam(s) can then be scheduled.
